Formation and checkout notice

Fog & Iron Labs LLC’s California formation filing is pending state review. This corporate storefront is not accepting payment while formation and final billing validation remain incomplete.

1. Purpose

This policy protects users, Fog & Iron, and the public. It applies to every Service, account, integration, and item of User Content.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate law, regulation, court order, contract, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, or harmful code.
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, rate limits, safety controls, or data.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, commit fraud, or create deceptive records, evidence, applications, bids, or submissions.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate unlawfully, or facilitate violence or abuse.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, including confidential client, employer, applicant, employee, or government information.
  • Make solely automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal rights, or essential services without lawful authorization and meaningful human review.
  • Resell, scrape, reverse engineer, benchmark for competitive publication, or use output to train a competing model or service without written permission.

3. Sensitive data

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, full payment-card data, Social Security numbers, protected health information, classified information, criminal-justice information, export-controlled data, or other highly sensitive data unless the relevant Service and your agreement expressly permit it.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary and legally permitted. We will consider severity, recurrence, intent, risk, and available remediation.

5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to abuse@fogandironlabs.com. Security vulnerabilities should go to security@fogandironlabs.com.
